Oil Water Separator
Our round oil/water separators are produced as per ASTM C-478 specifications. Our rectangular oil/water separators are produced as per ASTM C-913 specifications and are designed as per ASTM C-890 specifications.
Joints
Our joints are sealed with butyl rubber sealant, which meets ASTM C-990.
Flexible Pipe to Structure Connectors
Nitrile flexible pipe to structure connectors meets ASTM C-923 specifications. Various types of connectors may be ordered to meet the requirements for the specific application.
Frames & Covers
24" diameter domestic watertight frame and covers are available for oil/water separators. Frame and covers are provided with bolts to prevent unauthorized entrance.
Oil Water Separator ESK Koala
The ESK Koala is the latest in European technology for high efficiency oil water separation. Through the application of coalescing media the ESK is achieving removal efficiencies as low as 5 ppm (parts per million at flow rate in excess of 5000 gpm. Optional accessories include catastrophic spill valves, high level alarms, and high efficiency grit chambers. We currently offer 48" diameter through 84" diameter

V2B1
The "V2B1" is the flagship of environment 21. Its unique standard pre-cast concrete two manhole design allows it to help you meet the EPA goal of 80% TSS removal efficiency. The inlet manhole has a tangential mounted inlet pipe that creates a swirl flow pattern, which improves flow distribution and reduces turbulence, thus enhancing sedimentation settling. Proper sizing essentially offers a complete removal of sandy sediment. The environment 21 "Center Withdrawal Elbow Pipe" conveys flow to the outlet manhole where floatable debris is retained by using an underflow baffle. And, as with all environment 21 products, maintenance is a cinch with access openings to all stages and a clear view to the sump. The V2B1 is ideal for unique site scenarios with other utilities.
PuriStorm
The "PuriStorm" is environment 21’s unit which incorporates locally available pre-cast vaults in conjunction with cartridges made up of replaceable media pack with a proprietary sleeve. This unit can give you the confidence that you are meeting EPA and Stormwater requirements in addition to high phosphorus removal rates. In addition, when properly sized the filter replacement interval is greatly increased there by decreasing maintenance cost. The PuriStorm comes complete with a ladder at the man-way access to guarantee you the maintenance friendly accessibility which is trademark environment 21.
EnviroTrap
The "EnviroTrap" is environment 21’s cost effective catch basin insert option which, despite its simplicity, lives up to the environment 21 name improving the water quality of our lakes, streams, and oceans. The EnviroTrap can easily be retrofitted to existing structures with sumps or installed on new projects. The EnviroTrap design enables it to effortlessly function as a standard underflow hood or it can be retrofitted with a filter panel or oil absorbent pack. The EnviroTrap can be utilized on square or rectangular structures.
UniStorm
The "UniStorm" is environment 21’s system which employs low head loss internal flow diffusers and flow distributors. This design reduces turbulence, improves flow distribution, and allows on-line operation to eliminate pollutant bypass during high intensity rainfall events. The UniStorm is available in manholes and vaults, and it carries the environment 21 reputation for helping meet EPA regulations of 80% TSS, but the cost savings obtained from using a single structure design. In addition, the UniStorm can be designed with a flow control device when it is being utilized at the outlet of detention, creating the perfect treatment train.
UniScreen
The "UniScreen", available in vault or manhole, uses a multi-function insert which: traps solids greater than 250um, floatable debris and hydrocarbons, acts as a flow diffuser/distributor, helping to meet the EPA goals of gross pollution removal. Also, the unique shape improves scouring of the inlet side screen surface thereby minimizing potential obstruction and maintenance. The entire floor area is available for sediment storage and is easily accessible for inspection and cleaning. Ideal UniScreen applications include pre or post treatment to a detention pond where there is a need for treatment, but not to the level of filtration products.
